Dr. Patrick Borja, D.C.


Serving the Exeter area of Reading, PA for over a decade, Dr. Patrick Borja strives to empower his patients, family, friends, and staff to "live a healthier, happier life." Graduating in 1994 from West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and then continuing his education at Life University, located in Georgia, where he received his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in 1999, Dr. Borja's educational background is only the foundation of what he stands for as a Doctor.  Dr. Borja is a member of both the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the American Academy of Pain Management; also, he is a Certified Nutritionist through the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and a Representative of the Scoliosis Foundation. Over the years, Dr. Borja has obtained an additional certification in Whiplash Traumatology, from the Spine Institute of San Diego, and a National Phlebotomy Certification. Certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for many years, Dr. Borja has many hours of education and experience under his belt.  Alongside his staff, Dr. Borja continuously seeks on-going training, through both in-office conference calls and nation-wide seminars. 

Standing apart from other medical professionals, Dr. Borja truly takes the time to care for every one of his patients; he listens to his patients' concerns, in regard to both their physical health as well their mental and emotional well-being, he teaches his staff and patients ways to live their lives to the fullest, and he strives to continuously exceed the expectations of his patients.   

 Outside of the office, Dr. Borja resides in Exeter Township with his wife and three children.  Lori, Dr. Borja's wife also attended West Chester University, where she received her degree as a Registered Nurse.  Lori runs the diet program at the Spine and Wellness Center, Ideal Weight by Lori.

"It is my life goal to help people achieve optimal health-physically, emotionally and spiritually. It has been hard work and a dream come true to have the office and practice that I do. This office is at the forefront of teaching prevention and wellness and is an innovator and community leader, by bringing together all disciplined of healthcare. At The Spine and Wellness Center, the staff and I pride ourselves on the positive results our patients get after each visit. We enjoy empowering people to make healthier life choices. We believe that our office is not just a Chiropractic office but a place that people can believe in, have hope and feel comfortable sharing their healthcare needs and life decisions for themselves and their children, with myself and my staff. Monday's- 8am-10am and 5pm-7pm

Tuesday's- 8am-10am and 3pm-6pm

Wednesday's- 7am-10am and 5pm-7pm

Thursday's8am-10am and 3pm-6pm

Friday's- Off

Saturday's 9am-noon (rotating)
